Managing Director

Leck Chet Lam has been at the helm of Experia since March 2014. He brings with him deep knowledge of the aviation industry and vast experience spanning both the government and commercial sectors.

He spent 13 years at SIA Engineering Company, holding various commercial and operational roles including Senior Vice President of Fleet Management & Marketing. Prior to joining SIA Engineering Company, Chet Lam headed the Transport Engineering Group of the Singapore Economic Development Board, attracting foreign investments into Singapore to ensure the vibrancy and relevance of Singapore’s aerospace cluster. He also served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a Defence Engineer.

He holds a Bachelor's degree (with distinction) and a Master’s of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University, USA. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
